Due to the digital nature of comic fonts and design assets, all sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded. However, we are committed to ensuring your lettering tools work perfectly and will offer technical support or exchanges for defective files.

Return Process

  Verify Technical Issues

  Before requesting a return, please ensure the font software is correctly installed in your operating system's font folder and compatible with your design software.

  Contact Support

  If you encounter a file error or accidentally purchased the wrong license, email our support team within 14 days of purchase with your order number.

• 3.
  Submit Proof of Deletion

  For approved exchanges or refunds, you must provide a written statement confirming that all copies of the digital software have been permanently deleted from your devices.

• 4.
  Processing and Credits

  Once your request is approved, we will issue a replacement file, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
